This is a rich and opulent version of Platinum Chardonnay. It has very ripe fruits and balanced acidity;  ripe peach, tangerine, caramel apple, and jasmine. The palate is fresh and racy lemon zest, apricot, more peach and a touch of brioche. It finishes with a pleasant sweet cream, and a hint of salinity.
