This wine is a blend of 62% Syrah and 38% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown at Roblar Estate Vineyard.  With our vineyard’s light rocky soil and moderate climate, the grapes develop a wonderful richness of flavor.  The lush mouthfeel of Syrah and the depth and structure of the Cabernet come together to create an optimum (“Ottimo”) blend. Deep ruby color with aromas of dark plum, cherry, and black currant. Rich flavors of plum and black cherry and a long rich finish.
