The initial attack of this wine is grilled red fruit and vanilla bean, oak char, dark chocolate and cracked pepper. The fruit is tightly wound, and red in color, tense and energetic. Fine grained, grippy tannin and sweet fruits blend with a spiced finish.

Harvested between September 15th and September 29th.
